Binaxity Reward Points are promotional loyalty rewards you can earn for qualifying activity on the Binaxity Platform, including eligible referrals, payments, product activity, and promotions offered from time to time.
Points can currently be used to offset eligible Binaxity fees.

You can earn Reward Points through qualifying activities identified by Binaxity, which may include:
- eligible referrals;
- qualifying product activity;
- making eligible payments; and
- promotions or other reward opportunities offered from time to time.
Available earning opportunities, reward amounts, and qualification requirements will be shown on the Platform.

Binaxity may offer Reward Points for qualifying referrals from time to time.
For example, a referral campaign may offer 1,000 Reward Points when a referred user registers through a valid referral, activates a qualifying Binaxity loan, and keeps at least one qualifying loan active for 30 days.
Referral reward amounts, qualification requirements, eligible products, and campaign periods are illustrative and subject to change. The current offer and applicable terms will always be shown on the Platform.

Referral Reward Points are credited once the applicable campaign requirements have been satisfied.
For example, under a campaign requiring a referred user to maintain an active qualifying loan for 30 days, the reward would be credited after that 30-day requirement has been met.
Once credited to your account, Reward Points are immediately available for permitted use.
The timing and conditions for referral rewards may vary by campaign and are subject to change.

Reward Points can currently be used to offset eligible fees charged by Binaxity.
The eligible fees and applicable redemption value will be shown on the Platform when you use your Points.
Reward Points cannot currently be used to repay loan principal, interest, or co-investment amounts unless Binaxity expressly makes that functionality available in the future.

No. Reward Points are loyalty benefits and do not represent cash, deposits, equity, ownership, interest, investment returns, or other financial rights.
Reward Points cannot currently be redeemed for cash.

Not currently. Reward Points are associated with your Binaxity account and cannot currently be transferred to another user or withdrawn to an external wallet.
Binaxity may introduce additional Reward Point functionality in the future. Any such functionality would be subject to the applicable terms and eligibility requirements at that time.

No. Reward Points do not currently expire simply because of the passage of time.
Your account must remain eligible and in good standing to earn and use Reward Points.

Yes. Binaxity may reverse or correct Reward Points issued because of an error, duplicate processing, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, manipulation, or gaming of the Reward Program.
A reward will not be credited if the applicable qualification requirements are not satisfied.

Yes. Binaxity may change earning opportunities, reward amounts, redemption values, eligible fee offsets, or other Reward Program features from time to time.
